Our Exhibits
We have two exhibits always on display at Los Portales Museum and Information Center. Our permanent, History of San Elizario exhibit is at the back of the museum. As you enter you will find our temporary exhibit. Don't worry if you missed an exhibit go to our gallery and check out pictures from opening night!

Our exhibit details the creation of San Elizario. As well as the events that have taken place in the Historic city, such as The Salt Wars, the Juan De Onate expedition, and much more.

Curanderas

Our Curandera exhibit goes into depth about natural healing and remedies. On display are a variety of healing herbs and recipes that use local agriculture.
